Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking team members for its Heart of House in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will prepare and cook menu items, maintain cleanliness, and ensure timely delivery while following safety and sanitation procedures.

We value reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not required, with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must be team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety certifications as required by law.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts past midnight.
• Ability to work 6+ hour shifts and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Buffalo Wild Wings recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen throughout every shift.
• Ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures.
• Practice proper food handling techniques at all times.
• Work closely with managers and fellow team members to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
• Stock, organize, and rotate products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Help create an exceptional dining experience by delivering consistent, high quality food.
