Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in California is seeking to hire Kitchen Team Members to support our Heart of House operations. You will prepare and cook menu items, maintain cleanliness, and ensure timely delivery of quality wings and favorites.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety certifications.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Food safety knowledge and safe handling practices a must.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, including late shifts.
• Capable of shifts 6 hours or longer.
• Experience in kitchen/restaurant helpful but not required.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Buffalo Wild Wings recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen throughout every shift.
• Ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operating procedures.
• Practice proper food handling techniques at all times.
• Collaborate with managers and team members to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
• Stock, organize, and rotate products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Help create an exceptional dining experience by delivering high quality food.
