Buffalo Wild Wings in Stockton, CA is seeking a motivated Heart of House team member to contribute to our fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare and cook menu items to our recipes, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure timely delivery of orders while upholding food safety standards.

Team players with a strong work ethic, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Team oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Food safety certifications as required locally.
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts past midnight.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Buffalo Wild Wings recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen throughout every shift.
• Ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures.
• Practice proper food handling techniques at all times.
• Work closely with managers and teammates to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
• Stock, organize, and rotate products to maintain freshness.
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Help create an exceptional dining experience by delivering high quality food.
