Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Union City, CA is hiring for a Heart of House team member to prep, cook, and deliver high-quality menu items in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will follow recipes, maintain cleanliness, and work with managers to keep the kitchen running efficiently. Prior kitchen experience is welcome but not required; must meet local food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Team oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety certifications where required by state or local law.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Buffalo Wild Wings recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen throughout every shift.
• Ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures.
• Practice proper food handling techniques at all times.
• Work closely with managers and fellow team members to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
• Stock, organize, and rotate products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Help create an exceptional dining experience by delivering consistent, high quality food.
