Hilton Garden Inn Denver South Park Meadows area seeks a cook to prepare meals to brand standards in a clean, safe kitchen. You will ensure efficient service, manage prep, and support daily restaurant operations with a positive, guest-focused attitude.

Responsibilities include following recipes, participating in food safety training, maintaining sanitation, and assisting with storage and station prep as needed.

Qualifications

• Work Experience: Previous culinary experience in hospitality or restaurant kitchen setting preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions, assigned tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Always provide friendly service with a smile to guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meal Preparation: Prepares meals in accordance with brand standards and guidelines.
• Food Safety Certification: Comply with certification requirements as applicable to position.
• Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas in accordance with health regulations.
• Organization: Prepare stations and ingredients prior to opening to ensure prompt service.
• Safety: Know location and operation of all safety equipment.
• Food Handling: Assist in storage and rotation of food items.
