Job summary

Big Al’s in Milpitas, CA is seeking a part-time kitchen team member to prep, line cook, and plate in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen. You’ll follow recipes, prep veggies and dough, and help ensure every plate is visually appealing and safe for guests.

Ideal candidates bring strong kitchen safety habits, can work weekends/nights/holidays, and enjoy a fun, team-focused environment with opportunities for growth. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with Micros, KDS or Compeat or willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to follow recipes precisely and avoid shortcuts.
• Strong focus on safety in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Must obtain Food Handlers Certification.
• Availability to work weekends, nights and holidays.
