Big Al’s in Meridian, ID is hiring for a part-time kitchen role. You will handle dish duties, prep ingredients, and assist on the line, ensuring fast, safe, and high-quality meals. Excellent teamwork and adherence to recipes are essential.

• You follow recipes like a pro — no shortcuts here!
• You’re all about safety, especially in the kitchen

• Ability to obtain a Food Handlers Certification
• Must be available to work weekends, nights and holidays

Physical Demands

• You’ll be on your feet a lot
• Lift up to 25 lbs? Pretty often

• Bending, reaching, and pushing? Yep, that too
• Working in a hot, humid kitchen (flames and all!)
