Job summary

Big Al's Ontario, CA is seeking friendly servers and bartenders to share promos, take orders, pour drinks, and keep guests smiling. You will work with a POS system, handle payments, and upsell while delivering high-energy, guest‑focused service.

Qualifications

• Someone with serving or bar experience who knows how to keep things smooth and guests happy.
• Experience with a POS System. Toast is a plus!
• Someone who is a people person — friendly, confident, and great face-to-face
• First-class level of guest service skills
• Team player vibes only – we're all in this together
• Someone who can handle sales transactions like a pro and know how to upsell fun
• Safety matters to you (and us!)
• Ability to obtain Food Handlers and Alcohol Serving Certifications
• Must be available to work weekends, nights and holidays
• Must be 21 years or older (must be 19 years or older in Idaho)
