Big Al's Inc in Ontario, CA is seeking a part-time Facilities Team Member to keep our building and equipment running smoothly, from bowling lanes to kitchen stations. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and game-room systems.

You’ll work with vendors, take safety seriously, and contribute to a friendly, high-energy environment where every shift brings a new challenge and opportunities to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• Handy skills in electrical, plumbing, mechanics, and carpentry.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
• Team player who can also work solo when needed.
• Strong interpersonal communication with coworkers, guests, and vendors.
• Creative problem-solving and safety-conscious mindset.

The Facilities Team Member is responsible for maintaining the building and equipment functionality including audio/visual, pinsetters, arcade games, kitchen and bar equipment, plumbing and electrical, HVAC, landscaping, and more. There's a new challenge every day and around every corner, but if you have what it takes, you could be a Facilities hero!

• Be the repair wizard for everything from bowling lanes to kitchen stations

• See something weird? Report it before it becomes a problem
• You know your tools (both power and manual) and how to use ‘em
• Keep our place shining inside and out, from game room to parking lot
