Big Al’s in Ontario, CA is seeking bartenders and servers to deliver a first-class guest experience, from crafting drinks to taking orders in a fast-paced, team-based setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with serving or bar operations.
• Experience with a POS System (Toast is a plus).
• Ability to obtain Food Handlers and Alcohol Serving Certifications.
• Must be 21+ (19+ in Idaho).
• Available to work weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Share the love for Big Al’s promos and guest experience.
• Run drinks, deliver good vibes, and keep the fun rolling.
• Take orders, deliver food with a smile, and handle payments.
• Keep the bar and dining area clean and organized.
• Stock, organize, and mix drinks at the bar.
• Assist with keg room duties and lift kegs with teammates.
• Follow safety and alcohol rules at all times.
• Help with opening, closing, and team-shining tasks.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Someone with serving or bar experience who knows how to keep things smooth and guests happy.
• Experience with a POS System. Toast is a plus!
• Someone who is a people person — friendly, confident, and great face-to-face.
• First-class level of guest service skills.
• Team player vibes only – we're all in this together.
• Someone who can handle sales transactions like a pro and know how to upsell fun.
• Safety matters to you (and us!).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• You’ll be on your feet a lot.
• Lift up to 25 lbs? Pretty often.

• Over 50 lbs? Rare, but possible.
• Bending, reaching, and pushing? Yep, that too.
• It can get warm and humid sometimes.
• Loud noises, fun, and full of energy? Always!
