Cherokee Nation Entertainment, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa, seeks an Executive Steward to lead cleaning programs, oversee deep-cleaning, and ensure sanitation standards across front- and back-of-house areas. You will manage budgets, labor, inventory, and vendors while coaching staff to deliver service excellence in a fast-paced casino setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least three years of related experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses from gaming authority.
• ServSafe certification required.
• State alcoholic beverage license ability.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, labor, inventory, and multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and monitor cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures for all assigned areas.
• Oversee deep-cleaning projects for facilities and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health department regulations and food safety standards.
• Conduct routine inspections to verify cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
• Monitor cleaning supplies, chemical inventory, and safety handling.
• Coordinate and supervise outside contractors for cleaning and maintenance.
• Lead, train, and develop associates while participating in hiring and performance decisions.
