Job summary

Vista Springs Trillium Village is seeking a kitchen support team member to assist in meal preparation and service for residents. This role emphasizes producing nutritionally balanced foods, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily operations in a care-focused community.

You will work as part of a dedicated culinary team to meet dietary needs, coordinate with leadership, and participate in special events. Prior food service experience is valued, with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year cooking/baking experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand dietary and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve nutritionally balanced meals to residents.
• Keep kitchen and dining areas clean and sanitized.
• Assist with inventory and stock when needed.
• Coordinate with the Culinary Service Director on special events.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures and HIPAA requirements.
