Raintree Village is seeking a dedicated Culinary/Dietary Aide to join our team. The role ensures residents and guests receive nutritious meals and supports the Dietary Department with routine duties and attentive service in our senior living community.

Responsibilities include serving meals, following diet orders, ensuring accurate orders, and maintaining a clean, safe dining environment while upholding food safety standards. We offer comprehensive benefits and a collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and create a restaurant-style dining experience through service and teamwork.
• Follow written and oral instructions, dietary orders and tray cards.
• Ensure meal orders are delivered accurately and note any special requests or restrictions.
• Perform defined work routines.
• Assist with cleaning routines after meals and set up for next meal.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies as directed by Culinary Director.
• Attend scheduled department meetings.
• Attend educational programs.
• Follow defined safety codes while performing duties.
• Follow Infection Control procedures.
• Know and follow community fire and disaster plans and procedures during drills and emergencies.
• Be knowledgeable of federal, state, and community rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
