Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Culinary Supervisor to lead a high‑volume stadium kitchen at Arrowhead Stadium. This hands‑on role requires coordinating a fast‑paced team to deliver premium food for games and events while maintaining safety, quality, and timely execution.

You will train staff, manage prep, production, and event service, and ensure adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

Experience in a large‑volume kitchen or stadium setting.
Ability to train and coach a diverse culinary team under pressure.
Familiarity with production sheets, batch recipes, and event timelines.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Responsibilities

Lead, train, and support culinary team members during prep, production, and event service.
Execute large‑batch cooking following recipes, specs, and portion standards.
Maintain a clean, safe kitchen and enforce food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Monitor inventory, labeling, and rotation while communicating needs to chefs.
Assist with scheduling, task delegation, and keeping pace during peak times.
Be the on‑floor point person, maintaining morale and a professional environment.
Collaborate with chefs and management to hit event timelines and deliver premium dishes.
Ensure staff wear PPE and follow safe equipment procedures.
