Job summary

Levy, in partnership with Compass Group USA, is seeking an Executive Sous Chef for Arrowhead Stadium's food and beverage operations. This leadership role guides culinary teams, ensures brand standards, and collaborates with leadership to achieve sales and cost goals.

You will oversee menu execution, inventory control, safety and sanitation, and mentor Sous Chefs. The position requires hands-on kitchen leadership during events and a commitment to Levy hospitality.

Qualifications

• Seasoned culinary leadership in high-volume venues.
• Experience guiding culinary teams and menus.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and HACCP practices.

Responsibilities

• Executes menus in accordance with Levy standards.
• Maintains recipes and core culinary standards.
• Conducts walkthroughs of culinary areas for events.
• Ensures food quality and presentation standards are met.
• Manages product control, inventory, and equipment handling.
• Ensures safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Schedules culinary team members according to needs.
• Mentors Sous Chefs and develops culinary staff.
