Alila Marea is seeking a dedicated Culinary Supervisor to join our culinary team. You will work under the Executive Chef and lead daily kitchen operations to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation while ensuring a seamless kitchen workflow.

A flexible schedule is required to meet the dynamic needs of our kitchen. Join us to mentor staff, contribute to menu development, and uphold safety and quality across all stations.

Formación

• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong communication with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Understanding of culinary education principles and kitchen costs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality, safety and presentation.
• Assist in food preparation and maintain consistency across dishes.
• Collaborate with chefs and staff to prioritise tasks and communicate effectively.
• Conduct inspections to ensure health and safety compliance.
• Mentor and train junior team members to uphold standards.
• Work with Chef de Cuisine on menu changes and new recipes.
• Help manage food inventory, storage, and waste reduction.
• Monitor payroll costs and overtime for efficient staffing.
