The Standard, Pattaya Na Jomtien in Pattaya, TH, seeks a dedicated Culinary Supervisor to lead our culinary team. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure food quality and presentation, and uphold health and safety standards under the direction of the Executive Chef.

Responsibilities include assisting in food preparation, mentoring junior staff, collaborating on menu development, and managing inventory and payroll monitoring.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising kitchen staff and ensuring quality.
• Strong understanding of food safety, health regulations and kitchen operations.
• Proven leadership and communication skills to mentor junior staff.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, safety, and presentation adhere to company standards.
• Assist in food preparation, ensuring consistency and quality across dishes.
• Collaborate with Chef de Cuisine on menu changes and new recipe development.
• Inventory management and payroll monitoring to ensure efficient staff handling.
• Supervise hourly cooks and provide mentorship to the kitchen team.
