Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Culinary Supervisor to lead daily food production and kitchen operations at the Hard Rock Stadium location. You will supervise staff, ensure quality and safety standards, and coordinate production schedules for service events.

The role requires 2–4 years of culinary experience, leadership background, and familiarity with batch cooking and just-in-time production methods. Training and growth opportunities are highlighted in the benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of culinary experience required.
• Prior lead cook or kitchen leadership preferred.
• Experience in high-volume, multi-outlet, or event-based operations preferred.
• ServSafe Manager or equivalent certification preferred where applicable.
• Food handler certification where applicable.
• Ability to read and execute production sheets and event orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on supervision of daily food production and kitchen operations.
• Coordinate culinary staff, monitor production schedules, and enforce recipes.
• Support onboarding and on-the-job training of culinary team members.
• Direct workflow and reinforce operational standards during events.
