Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Concessions Supervisor for events at HARD ROCK STADIUM to oversee concession stands, kiosks and portable locations, ensuring fast service, safety and an exceptional guest experience during high‑volume events.

The role requires 2–4 years in concessions or food service and prior supervisory experience, plus applicable alcohol-service certifications. This on‑site position offers shift flexibility, training opportunities and a path to growth within Sodexo's global facilities team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of concessions, food service, or event-based operations experience.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to supervise alcohol sales as per local/state regs.
• Must maintain TIPS/TEAM or equivalent alcohol-service certification; comply with state alcohol training requirements.
• A food handler certification may be required based on state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee concession stands, kiosks, portable locations, and walk-out or autonomous retail stores as applicable.
• Assign staff to concession locations and adjust coverage based on volume and operational needs.
• Conduct pre-event or pre-shift briefings to review expectations, menus, service standards, and assignments.
• Address guest concerns promptly and elevate issues to management as needed.
• Support onboarding and training of concession staff and leads.
• Maintain speed of service, safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies across all locations.
• Occasionally lift and move up to 40 pounds.
