Qualifications

• 3–4 years of related kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow basic recipes and maintain food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold items for meals and events.
• Read and follow basic recipes and product directions.
• May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte or operate a grill station.
• Support management in daily oversight of key functions and employees.
• Attend shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and vary by account and client requirements.
