Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in stewarding, and bilingual English proficiency, with experience in a resort setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in a Stewarding role.
• Bilingual, English as the primary or secondary language preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily stewarding operations to meet department goals and exceed expectations.
• Manage P&L review and budget, identifying improvements.
• Lead HR tasks including hiring, training, and performance feedback.
• Plan staffing levels and training programs for department personnel.
• Coordinate with vendors and health/regulatory departments.
• Maintain health code compliance and proper records.
