Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older
• 2+ years of stewarding experience
• Must be flexible to work Morning, Swing, or Graveyard shifts
• Experience managing employees under a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned operational functions within the department consistent with the strategic plan, fiscal budget, and profitability objectives.
• Supervise the delivery and measurement of guest service aligned with core standards and brand attributes.
• Supervise staff including hiring recommendations, training, coaching, performance feedback, and scheduling.
• Provide ideas for new products, services, technology, and processes.
• Inspect equipment and kitchen areas for cleanliness and sanitation; maintain standards.
• Requisition new and replacement equipment as needed.
• Approve and monitor supply requisitions to control costs without compromising quality.
• Maintain inventory and records for dinnerware, flatware, and glassware; order china and glassware.
