Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in a Stewarding role.
• Bilingual, English as the primary or secondary language preferred.
• Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily stewarding operations, ensuring goals and standards are met.
• Achieve service, financial and HR goals set by management.
• Lead HR processes including hiring, training, and performance feedback while promoting diversity and inclusion.
• Review monthly P&L and budget, identify areas for improvement and communicate actions.
• Maintain staffing levels and plan department training programs.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and regulatory departments such as Health Department.
• Procure needs and parts for Food & Beverage operations and fulfill outlet requisitions.
• Communicate policies and health code requirements across departments.
• Conduct walk-through inspections of kitchen areas and maintain personnel records.
