Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking an Assistant Executive Steward for Mandalay Bay to lead assigned stewarding operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will supervise staff, ensure adherence to service standards, and contribute ideas to improve products and processes.

The role requires 2+ years of stewarding experience, flexibility to cover multiple shifts, and familiarity with collective bargaining agreements.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of stewarding experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Flexible to work Morning, Swing, or Graveyard shifts as needed.
• Experience managing employees under a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned operational functions within the department.
• Oversee guest service to align with brand standards.
• Supervise staff including hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling.
• Suggest ideas for new products, services, or processes.
• Inspect equipment and kitchen areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
