Job summary

MGM Resorts International at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant Steward to oversee assigned stewarding operations, set the stage for guest experiences, and help craft WOW memories during guests’ stays. You will lead training, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate with external partners to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of stewarding experience in hotel/casino operations.
• Experience in multi-venue stewarding and/or banquet stewarding preferred.
• Ability to manage HR tasks and training coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manages stewarding operations to meet departmental goals and exceed expectations.
• Oversees HR responsibilities including hiring, training, recognition, diversity compliance, and performance feedback.
• Assist in labor-relations issues, investigations, and appropriate disciplinary actions.
• Oversee on-the-job training and development programs for stewarding staff.
• Coordinate purchasing, vendor relations, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
