Royal Sonesta Cambridge is seeking a dedicated Steward to support our culinary team by cleaning and sanitizing pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to uphold high sanitation standards. You will work in a fast-paced hotel kitchen, ensuring guest satisfaction through spotless food preparation areas.

The role involves operating the dish machine, cleaning floors, and assisting with cafeteria service as directed. Competitive base pay plus comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in restaurant or hotel dishwashing and sanitation routines.

Aufgaben

• Operate dish machine and sanitize pots, pans, china, glassware and utensils.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen areas and preparation surfaces.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors and assigned areas.
• Handle trash disposal and storage of clean wares.
• Assist with food service in Employee Cafeteria as directed by Chef or Supervisor.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines and grooming standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
