Job summary

Trinity Services Group Inc. is seeking a Cook to prepare hot and cold menu items in a jail facility. You will follow recipes, work with a team, and ensure food safety while meeting daily prep and service timelines.

Open availability is required for shifts from 7:00am to 7:30pm, including some weekends and holidays. On-site location in Wisconsin includes access to DailyPay and premium benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, and you are at least 18 years old.
• At least one year of cooking experience is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience cooking in a cafeteria or large-volume facility.
• Familiar with safety procedures in a cafeteria or food service environment.

Responsibilities

• Refer to Daily Prep List at the start of each shift and complete opening/closing checklists.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Operate ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers.
• Handle, label, store, and rotate products per state laws.
• Stand for extended periods and perform other duties as needed.
