TKC Holdings, Inc. in Wisconsin is hiring a Cook to work onsite inside a jail facility. You will prepare a variety of hot and cold items, follow recipes and safety procedures, and communicate with the Food Service Director to deliver meals on schedule.

You will also manage your station and assist teammates to ensure quality and timeliness. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of cooking experience, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and work 7:00am to 7:30pm with

• At least 1 year cooking experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Experience with safety procedures in a cafeteria or large-volume food service.

Responsabilités

• Prepare hot and cold items following recipes and guidelines.
• Follow food safety procedures and rotate stock.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment for service.
• Work with team under supervision of Food Service Director.
• Handle opening/closing checks and adapt to station needs.
