King Kamehameha Kona Beach Resort Courtyard By Marriott in Hawaii is seeking a Full Time Cook III. The role pays $26.48/hour and involves preparing hot/cold items for restaurant, banquet, outlet and cafeteria operations while upholding guest service standards.

Responsibilities include dough handling, baking, and collaborating with other departments to ensure top performance. A TB clearance card and 1–2 years of culinary experience are requested.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) - two (2) years of related culinary hotel or restaurant experience.
• TB clearance card required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel guests.
• Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.
• Assists in preparing and cooking foods under supervision.
• Mixes, cuts and shapes dough by hand or machine.
• Bakes bread, rolls, muffins, biscuits, pies and cakes.
• Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel.
• Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
