Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years executive chef experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or culinary degree with 3+ years foodservice sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted culinary strategies to achieve regional goals.
• Coordinate with Director of Business Resources to identify opportunities for business reviews.
• Collaborate with sales team to address customer challenges and deliver solutions.
• Track activities and results using Salesforce CRM.
• Leverage sampling to close sales.
• Stay informed on market trends, product innovations, and competitor activity.
• Coordinate culinary events and kitchen activities.
• Develop relationships with customers and chefs through local events and competitions.
• Advise on product specifications and act as a CatMan/ Sysco Brand expert.
• Assist training by conducting demonstrations.
• Manage test kitchen operations, costs, and facility upkeep.
