Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5+) years of Foodservice management or equivalent, including 3+ years as Executive Chef.
• Post-secondary education: Red Seal Chef; diploma in Culinary/Restaurant Management preferred.
• Proficiency in culinary operations and food trends; certification may be required.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to plan and execute business plans.
• Proven consultative selling and networking experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
• Experience building trust with prospective customers and securing new business.
• Self-directed with ability to structure weekly schedule.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted culinary strategies to achieve annual sales goals.
• Coordinate with Director of Business Resources and use data to identify top opportunities for business reviews.
• Collaborate with sales team to identify customer challenges and deliver solutions to grow business.
• Track activities using Salesforce CRM and drive team selling.
• Lead and support culinary events, shows, and trainings.
• Manage test kitchen operations and budgeting, including sanitation and equipment upkeep.
• Ensure food safety and regulatory compliance in all activities.
• Enable menu planning services and customer-focused offerings.
• Support a Customers First Mindset in daily duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
