Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Manager to oversee dining operations, lead front-of-house and back-of-house activities, and implement dining solutions for client satisfaction. You will coach teams, manage daily briefings, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all shifts.

Responsibilities include maintaining financial targets, monitoring metrics, and collaborating with other departments to deliver a superior dining experience for clients and customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a management role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain client rapport
• Excellent customer service using standard service model
• Ability to work with multiple departments to deliver unified dining experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach dining team using Aramark's coaching model
• Plan daily team briefings and manage performance to meet client expectations
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance across all operations
• Identify client needs and report operational progress
• Maintain P&L statements and deliver financial targets
• Control costs and optimize productivity in food and labor
