The Culinary Services Coordinator at Wheatland Village is responsible for providing a total quality dining experience for our residents. This includes a thorough understanding of our menu and daily specials, proper serving guidelines, cleanliness expectations, and special diets. They ensure an efficient workflow for our waitstaff and promote a culture of service excellence. They must comply with federal, state, and local standards for community operation and incorporate Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in restaurant and/or senior living is highly desired.
  • Supervisory experience is highly desired.
  • Experience coordinating events.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • CPR/First Aid certification training is available upon hire.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and patient.

Schedule:

  • Full-time working Thursday - Monday, 10:30 am to 8 pm, or Saturday and Sunday 6 am to 2:30 pm.
  • 8-Hour Shifts.
  • Must have weekend availability.
