**Responsibilities**

Job Summary:

  • Assists with processing Travel and Business related Expenses as needed.
  • Assists with reconciliation of Corporate issued Purchasing Cards as needed.
  • Provides analysis on spending trends and identifies opportunities for better stewardship.
  • Partners with internal auditors to ensure compliance with company policies while monitoring metrics.
  • Assists with the implementation and development of Oracle Cloud, including best practices, dashboarding, and reporting.
  • Works cross-functionally alongside the Accounts Payable processing team and assists in multiple areas when needed.
  • Partners with appropriate departments and personnel across the organization.
  • Assists with developing and updating work instructions, training materials, and quick reference guides (QRGs) when needed.

**Requirements**

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • None required.

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

Work Experience:

  • None required.

**Additional Preferences**

  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including pivot tables, V-lookups, creating slide decks, and other analysis.
  • Effective communication skills to discuss development and implementation of Oracle Cloud and to communicate with Leadership on spending trends for T&E and Card Services.
