Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a part-time Culinary Services Aide to assist the cook in meal preparation and service, 3pm-7pm with alternating weekends and holidays in Minnesota. This role supports resident comfort and dignity while adhering to established food service policies.

You will promote high standards, follow procedures, and help deliver meals that meet scheduled times and resident preferences, as part of a mission-driven team committed to quality care.

Qualifications

• Must have a desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents and understand their special needs.
• Must qualify for employment, after criminal background study, per Minnesota Department of Human Services guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the cook in the preparation and service of meals meeting scheduled mealtimes.
• Follow established policies and procedures for the Culinary Services Department and promote food service standards.
• Provide meal service that preserves resident dignity by offering as much choice as possible.
