Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management in Minnesota is seeking a part-time Culinary Services Aide for the 4:00pm-7:00pm shift. You will assist the cook in meal preparation and service, following established policies to ensure quality, cost controls, and patient dignity for geriatric residents.

The ideal candidate has a commitment to elder care, can meet Minnesota DHS guidelines, and will support residents with menu choices while maintaining food safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents and understand their special needs.
• Must qualify for employment, after criminal background study, per guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Responsibilities

• Assist the cook in the preparation and service of meals.
• Follow established policies and procedures for the Culinary Services Department and maintain food service standards.
