Monarch Healthcare Management seeks a Culinary Services Aide to assist the cook in meal preparation and service for residents, following policies and procedures for quality, cost, and quantity controls.

You will promote high standards of food service, respect residents’ choices, and contribute to a supportive team environment across Monarch's Minnesota facilities, with part-time AM/PM shifts and benefits including paid time off and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Must have a desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents and understand their special needs.
• Must qualify for employment, after criminal background study, per guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Responsibilities

• Assist the cook in the preparation and service of meals meeting scheduled mealtimes.
• Follow established policies and procedures for the Culinary Services Department and promote food service standards through cost, quality, and quantity controls.
