Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a part-time Culinary Service Aide in Duluth, MN to support meal preparation and service alongside our kitchen team. You will help ensure meals are served on time and maintain quality standards in a respectful, resident-centered way.

The role requires a commitment to geriatric care, adherence to DHS guidelines for employment, and a team-oriented approach in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents and understand their special needs.
• Must qualify for employment, after criminal background study, per guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Responsibilities

• Assist cook in the preparation and service of meals meeting scheduled mealtimes.
• Follow established policies and procedures for the Culinary Services Department and promote food service standards through cost, quality, and quantity controls.
