Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a part-time Culinary Services Aide to support meal preparation and service in our Minnesota facilities. The role requires following policies to ensure quality, cost controls, and resident dignity during meals.

Qualifications

• Desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents and understand their special needs.
• Must qualify for employment after criminal background check per Minnesota DHS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the cook in the preparation and service of meals meeting scheduled mealtimes.
• Follow established policies and procedures for the Culinary Services Department and promote food service standards through cost, quality, and quantity controls.
• Provide meal service that meets the desires of the resident, by allowing as much choice as possible and giving food service that preserves the element of personal dignity.
