Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Culinary Services Aide to support the cook in meal preparation and service for residents in our Minnesota facilities. This on-call/casual role requires following established policies and promoting high dining standards with attention to cost, quality, and portion control.

You will help provide meals that reflect residents' preferences, preserve dignity, and fit scheduled mealtimes while joining a mission-driven company offering competitive pay,

Qualifications

• Must have a desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents and understand their special needs.
• Must qualify for employment, after criminal background study, per Minnesota DHS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the cook in the preparation and service of meals meeting scheduled mealtimes.
• Follow established policies and procedures for the Culinary Services Department.
• Promote food service standards through cost, quality, and quantity controls.
• Provide meal service that preserves resident dignity and allows as much choice as possible.
