Job summary

Qualifications

• Desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents.
• Must qualify for employment after criminal background study, per Minnesota DHS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the cook in the preparation and service of meals meeting scheduled mealtimes.
• Follow established policies and procedures for the Culinary Services Department and promote food service standards through cost, quality, and quantity controls.
• Provide meal service that meets resident desires by offering as much choice as possible while preserving personal dignity.
