Job summary

Wild Fork seeks a Retail Sales Associate to create an exceptional in-store experience with expert product knowledge, cooking tips, and friendly hospitality. You will support replenishment, inventory accuracy, and store readiness while working in freezer environments and handling cash with integrity.

You’ll join a team dedicated to delivering a personal chef and friendly butcher experience, maintaining clean, well-stocked aisles, and driving sales through customer engagement and product pairings.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail, grocery, hospitality, or food experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with enthusiasm for food and culinary exploration.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working in extremely cold temperatures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk 8-10 hours.
• Flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills for cash handling; POS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, engaging shopping experience and provide product knowledge.
• Replenish, merchandise, and maintain store readiness including planogram adherence.
• Handle cash transactions, opening/closing duties, and POS operations.
• Support inventory processes and assist with deliveries and stock rotations.
• Work in freezer environments and maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with team leaders to meet daily store goals.
