Job summary

Wild Fork in Dallas, TX is seeking a Team Member to deliver a memorable guest experience while gaining expertise as a personal chef and friendly butcher. You’ll learn product knowledge to recommend dishes, manage inventory, replenish stock, pick and pack online orders, and provide a friendly checkout experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, not required.
• One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required.
• Work with integrity as a TEAM toward a shared vision.
• Be determined and deliver superior results with urgency, time management, and prioritization.
• Availability to work a flex schedule including early mornings, evenings and weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador – enthusiastic about our products and educate customers on Wild Fork's values.
• Become a product and culinary expert through training to provide recipes and cooking tips.
• Provide a personalized shopping experience in-store.
• Assist customers at checkout and deliver a memorable experience.
• Stock and rotate products, handle ordering, dust, and store cleanliness.
• Oversee price changes and operate cash register when needed.
• Process e-commerce orders and ensure timely handout for deliveries.
• Work in a cold environment, including walk-in freezer operations.
