Sur La Table in Boca Raton is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high‑performing culinary retail team, coaching staff and driving an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints.

You will partner with the Store Manager on merchandising, training, scheduling, and achieving monthly sales and KPI targets, while ensuring operation standards, safety, and brand alignment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and leading teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for customer experience and community engagement.
• Proficiency with retail management systems and basic office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing store team to deliver best-in-class customer service.
