Job summary

Sur La Table in Boca Raton is seeking a Sales Associate to inspire customers through every stage of their culinary experience. You will support daily store operations, deliver a best-in-center customer experience, and help drive sales by sharing product knowledge.

You will stay current on products, engage customers, and partner with the team to maintain a welcoming, high-performing store environment. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends; previous retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sur La Table’s brand and culture by creating memorable, educational experiences.
• Actively engage customers, identify needs, recommend relevant products, and drive sales.
• Assist in daily opening/closing procedures, floor replenishment and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
