Job summary

Ohio Living Breckenridge Village is seeking a Chef/Production Manager to lead the Culinary and Nutritional Services, ensuring quality and compliant meals for residents. You will oversee recipe development, staffing, budgeting, and ensuring safety and sanitation across all kitchen operations.

You will work closely with dietitians, manage menu plans, control costs, and maintain records while supporting resident dietary needs and quality dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in culinary, hospitality, nutritional services, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and directs the Culinary and Nutritional Services Department and its activities.

Education

Associate degree in culinary, hospitality, nutritional services, or a related field

Five years direct food service operational management experience

Staff supervision and development

Menu planning and food cost control

Budgeting and financial management

Knowledge of dietary practices and regulatory standards

Proficiency with Windows/Microsoft Office and POS/diet management software

Tools

ServSafe certification
