Ideal candidates have at least three years in culinary management within contract foodservice or fine dining, with HACCP knowledge and ServSafe credentials as a plus. This role offers growth within Eurest's leadership team.

Qualifications

• Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant with inventory and purchasing knowledge.
• Working knowledge of HACCP and contract-managed service experience is desirable.
• Strong focus on food quality, cost controls, sanitation, and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Full culinary management of food service operation: inventory, ordering and receiving.
• Accountability for P&L and contract-managed service performance is desirable.
• Proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing and inventory with a focus on local sourcing and sustainability.
