Qualifications

• Meet physical requirements, including lifting 25–50 pounds.
• Maintain effective work relationships with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist cooks with preparation of hot and cold food, salads and beverages.
• Pack food for delivery and ensure safe packaging.
• Maintain routine kitchen records and inventory logs.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, dishes, and workspaces.
• Operate kitchen equipment and report needed repairs.
• Assist with dining room set‑up, clean‑up, and meal service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
