American Dining Creations is looking for a Chef Manager to oversee culinary and service operations in Jefferson City, Missouri. This role requires a strong culinary management background, where you will be the representative of the company at the client location.

You will manage dining services, cater events, and ensure compliance with local food safety regulations. A Bachelor's degree in hospitality or culinary is preferred, along with five years of experience in culinary management.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in a similar culinary management position.
• Experience managing service volume up to 500 customers daily.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and engage in physical tasks.

• Execute and modify menu offerings based on various factors.
• Purchase food and supplies from approved vendors.
