Qualifications

• Certified trainer in any back-of-house functions.
• Passing grade in Assessment testing.
• Flexible schedule capability.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Minimum 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Support back-of-house team and Culinary Managers by maintaining kitchen standards and daily quality.
• Assist in set ups for opening crew in the kitchen.
• Coach on security procedures and sanitation standards.
• Ensure timely ticket flow and proper temperature checks.
• Maintain inventory and receive orders while tracking shelf-life adherence.
